| 中文摘要 | 本試驗係將黃松、雲杉及白松等3種針葉樹材,分別以芳香族PTDI及PMDI,脂肪族PIPDI及PHDI等4種聚異氰酸酯前處理,再以NC拉卡行二度底漆→面漆及僅面漆之2種塗裝工程,探討聚異氰酸酯前處理對針葉樹材塗裝性能之影響。試驗結果顯示,經聚異氰酸酯前處理針葉樹材之表面硬度均可明顯提升。各種聚異氰酸酯之-NCO基與木材之-OH基會反應生成胺脂鍵結。經聚異氰酸酯前處理之針葉樹材,可以不必再經二度底漆而直接行面漆塗裝即可,且以脂肪族PHDI前處理者,無論塗膜硬度、光澤度、附著性、耐光性及冷熱循環耐久性,均可獲得較為均衡且優良的塗裝性能。 |
| 英文摘要 | To investigate the finishing performance of softwood for furniture industry, three species of softwood i.e. Ponderosa pine (Pinus ponderosa), Engelmann spruce (Picea engelmannii), and White pine (Pinus monticola) were pretreated with aromatic polyiscyanates PTDI, PMDI, and aliphatic polyisocyanates PIPDI, PHDI respectively, and two kinds of finishing procedure i.e. NC lacquer sanding sealer→ topcoat and topcoat only on polyisocyanate pretreated softwood were examined in this study. The results indicated that the surface hardness of softwood was enhanced after polyisocyanates pretreatment and the reaction between –NCO group of polyiscoyanate and –OH of wood to form urethane bond also was found by FT-IR analysis. Furthermore, the PHDI pretreated softwood was only finished with topcoat and no more used sanding sealer had the most balance and excellent properties such as hardness, gloss, adhesion, light fastness and durability of films. |
