中文摘要 | 為了評估臺灣固有樹種—土肉桂(Cinnamomum osmophloeum Kaneh.)葉部精油特性,本試驗乃萃取十六種地理品係土肉桂葉部精油,鑑定其成分,並比較不同地理品系土肉桂精油收率與化學組成分之差異。在十六種地理品系土肉桂葉部精油收率方面,以里龍山地理品係的精油收率為最高(4.70%),而埔里竹子籟地理品系的精油收率則為最低(0.13%)。各地理品系土肉桂葉部精油經氣相層析—質譜儀分析鑑定與群團分析後,依組成分種類與其相對含量呵分為六種化學品系:桂皮醛型、枷羅木醇型、樟腦型、桂皮醛—桂皮乙酸酯型、桂皮乙酸酯型與混合型。此結果可供未來為了產製特定土肉桂葉油時選育優良品系土肉桂之參考。 |
英文摘要 | To characterize the essential oils of indigenous cinnamon (Cinnamomum osmophloeum Kanech.), an endemic tree species in Taiwan, leaf essential oils of different geographical clones were extracted and their constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. In this study the yield and chemical constituents of leaf essential oils from sixteen geographical clones of indigenous cinnamon were compared. Among them, the yield of leaf essential oils form the Li-Lon-San geographical clone was the most (4.70%), and the yield from Pu-Li-Tso-Zi-Lia geographical clone was the least (0.13%). According to the constituents of leaf essential oils and their relative contents obtained from GC-MS analyses and cluster analysis, the sixteen geographical clones were classified into six chemotypes – cinnamaldehyde type, linalool type, camphor types, cinnamaldehyde/cinnamyl acetate type, cinnamyl acetate type, and mixed type, the results obtained hereby provide valuable information for the selection of specific clones of indigenous cinnamon in order to produce characteristic leaf essential oils with high quality. |
