中文摘要 | 本研究在臺大造船及海洋工程研究所的空蝕水槽中以一圓柱測試斷面安裝軸流泵的轉子 (Rotor) 與導流葉片 (Stator),模擬軸流泵的運作環境,利用雷射流速量測儀量測導流葉片間的軸向與切向穩態流速分佈。由量測結果發現所設計的導流葉片間的軸向流速場變化和緩,沒有高的軸向速度梯度出現。導流葉片在翼的負壓面可以有效的消除由轉子所誘的高切向速度,但在導流葉片的正壓面卻會誘導0.2Uo至0.3Uo的切向流速,而使得整體的切向動量由導流葉片的入口至出口只減少8%, 顯示需尋找更佳的導流葉片翼形來消除翼形正壓面所誘導的切向流速。 |
英文摘要 | The experiments were carried out at the cavitation tunnel of Institute of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, National Taiwan University. A designed rotor and a designed stator were installed insdie a specially designed cylindrical test section to simulate the operational environment of an axial flow pump. The internal steady axial and tangential velocity distributions between two blades of the stator were measured by laser Doppler velocimetry. The experimental results reveal that the axial velocity distributions between the blades of stator change gradually in the radial direction. The high tangential velocity induced by the rotor at the blade tip was eliminated by the foil back side of stator. However, an additional 0.2U to 0.3U tangential velocity was induced by the face side of stator blade. Consequently, only 8% decrease of the tangential momentum was found at the outlet of the stator. The test results advise the need of finding an optimum foil section for the stator to eliminate the induced tangential velocity on the face of the blade. |
