中文摘要 | 過去在水域工程的治理以防止災害發生及注重整體安全為導向,如野溪整治、邊坡保護、治山防災等工程,因施工的時效性及便利性,大量採用混凝土建構水土保持及水利整流工程之構造物,因而侵占許多生物生存的空間造成環境棲地的變化,使生物覓食、生長和繁殖受影響,甚至因而喪失生命或族群的滅絕,間接對生態系統的平衡和穩定造成嚴重的衝擊。近年逐漸重視生態特性及景觀調和,依工址之地域條件,導入適當的工程方法或設施,期能保持野生動植物的棲地原有之特性,創造人類與自然合諧共存的環境。本文蒐集國內外相關自然生態工法的研究,分析自然生態工法的特性,並歸納其演進歷程與意義,以南投縣中寮鄉清水村之自然生態工法工程為例,分析各種工程於水域景觀之特性。 |
英文摘要 | In the past management of water-field engineering emphasize on safety and avoid damages. For example, stream treatment, slope protection, precaution against natural calamities are the constructions for the advantages of efficiency and convenient. Lots of constructions build with concrete for soil & water conservation and water conservancy using. The living space for creatures has been occupied by these concrete constructions. That effected creature foraging, growing, and breeding due to environmental conditions changed. They maybe die and their populations become extinct in a dangerous situation. The critical impact will occur indirectly on a stable ecosystem. There are more important to realize the characteristic of ecosystem and harmonizing of landscape recently. On districts conditions of near-constructions choose appropriate methods or facilities to protect the habitat of creatures in maintaining habitat characteristics of wildlings. Our purpose is to create a harmonic environment for people and nature. The researches of natural ecologic engineering collected on this study. Analysis the characteristics and induce the develop process of natural ecologic engineering. Discuss the landscape in the case of Ching-Shui village, Chung-Liao, Nan-tou county. |
