中文摘要 | 本研究探討以傳統土窯燒製不同溫度之孟宗竹炭應用於水質改良,以及以不同竹炭型態應用於土壤改良之效果。炭化溫度區分為400°C及550°C,在竹炭片使用量1、1.5、2.0%條件下煮沸試驗結果顯示,鈉有些微釋出,鈣則有被吸附減少趨勢,由於竹炭使用量不高,鎂、鉀、銅、鐵、錳等礦物質釋出量則沒有顯著的差異性,同時400°C及550°C孟宗竹炭之間的差異不大。在浸水試驗方面,兩種燒製溫度竹炭在使用量1、1.5、2.0%條件下均具吸附有效餘氯之效果,同時可以吸附懸浮固體物,使水中總固體物減少78.6%,在1.5%的竹炭使用量應用在自來水之過濾與吸附處理,在經過煮沸10次後仍具效果。利用竹炭粗顆粒、細顆粒及炭粉以10%,20%,30%之比例與洪積母質紅壤混合,所得之土壤進行小白菜生長試驗,結果改良土壤之小白菜株高較原土條件高24%,其中又以竹炭粉混合土壤條件最佳為33%,葉片數平均較原土種植者高64%,植株鮮重以竹炭粉混合土壤收穫高於原土生長149%,細竹炭粒及組竹炭粒混合條件則分別增重33%及74%,均具土壤改良效果。 |
英文摘要 | The applications of Moso bamboo charcoal on the improvement of soil and water quality were the main purposed of this study. The bamboo charcoal was produced by traditional charcoal kiln at different temperature levels. The boiling water tests carried out done with 1%, 1.5%, and 2% charges of charcoal wafers charcoalized at either 400°C or 550°C. The results indicated that the minerals of sodium released slightly into the boiled water, and a tendency of reduction for calcium was found, while the contents of magnesium, potassium, copper, iron, and manganese were remained about the same amounts due to low usage of charcoal. There was no difference in minerals release or absorption between charcoals charcoalized at these two temperature levels. Bamboo charcoal both charcoalized at two temperature levels and in three usage levels showed effective in chlorine absorption in immerging tap water tests, and an average reduction of 78.6% in suspended solids was obtained. Furthermore, bamboo charcoal still remained effective in filtration and absorption functions after 10 times of boiling water tests. The improvement of soil was carried out by mixing coarse, fine, or powder of bamboo charcoal grains at 10%, 20%, and 30% with sediment red soil by volume. The average height of Chinese cabbage grown at bamboo charcoal mixed soils was 24% higher than that grown in original soils, and charcoal powder mixed soil treatment showed the best result, i.e., 33%. The average number of leaves per Chinese cabbage grown in bamboo charcoal mixed soils was 64% more than that grown in original soils: The fresh weight of plants grown in powder, fine, and coarse charcoal grain mixed soils were 149%, 33%, and 74% heavier than these cabbages grown in original soils, respectively, which showed the effectiveness in soil improvement by bamboo charcoal. |
