中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在於探討白?(Liza subviridis)之生殖特徵及其利用高雄港及 其附近海域的情形,採樣時間是由民國83年4月至84年6月,採樣的地點包含仁愛河、高雄 第一港口及西子灣。 研究結果顯示絕大多數的白?都是在西子灣捕獲,共有398尾,在港內地區僅捕獲一 尾,在這些標本中並發現有兩尾雌雄同體的個體。雌雄間的尾叉長(FL)和體重(BW)關係式無 明顯差異,合併為log BW=-1.757+2.901 log Fl。雌雄性比以雌魚居多,為2.2:1。生殖腺 指數及生殖腺成熟期的月別變化不大,推測可能為終年產卵的魚種。其產卵型式為分批同步 成長。孕卵數介於6x104-19x104間(尾叉長14.7-18.5 公分),尾叉長(FL)和孕卵數(F)的 關係式為F=6.912 FL3.446。最小成熟體長雌魚和雄魚分別為尾叉長12.5和11公分左右。 白?的生殖特徵有地區性的差異。且由水質監測資料推測其對水質條件的忍受力可能較 差,以致於無法利用河港區較為豐沛的食物,而僅生息在港外沿岸地區。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the reproductive biology of Liza subviridis in the Kaohsiung Harbor Area. Sampling were conducted monthly at Kaohsiung River (Jen-Ai River), Kaohsiung First Harbor and His-Tsu-wan from April 1994 to June 1995. Most of the samples were caught at His-Tsu-Wan, except one caught in harbor area. Among the 395 samples two hermaphrodites with ovotestis were found. The relationships between fork length (FL) and body weight (BW) in male and female were not significantly different. The pooled equation was log BW = -1.757 + 2.901 log Fl. Sex ratio of L. subviridis was female: male = 2.2:1. The monthly variation of gonadosomatic index showed that the reproductive period was all year round except June. The spawning pattern of L. subviridis was group synchrony. The fecundity were 6~19 x 104 (FL = 1.45-18.5 cm) and with the relationship of fork length and fecundity (F) as F = 6.912 FL 3.446. The minimum size of maturity for female and male were 12.5 cm and 11.0 cm in fork length, respectively. The reproductive characteristics of L. subviridis revealed significant geographical variation. According to the water quality data L. subviridis may have less tolerance to the polluted environment in the harbor area, so that although the food supply was abundant in the harbor area, the fish were restricted in the nearby coastal area. |
