中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討目標難度對大專女生仰臥起坐表現及目標接受度之影響。受試者為大仁技術學院的女生共234人,並將之分成三組:困難目標組(78人)、容易目標組(87人)及控制組(69人),所有受試者均需完成目標接受量表。研究資料以二因子變異數分析進行考驗,研究結果顯示:1.困難目標組的仰臥起坐表現優於容易目標組及控制組;2.目標難度與目標接受度的測量時段對目標接受度有交互作用影響;3.容易目標組的目標接受度顯著高於困難目標組;4.目標接受度測量時段第三及第四時段的目標接受度則顯著高於第一及第二時段;5.目標難度組的受試者在時段4的目標接受度顯著高於時段1。本研究支持Locke(1966, 1968)所提之目標設定理論所提出的假設,本研究的結果有助於提供體育教導的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to explore how goal difficulty affects female college students' sit-up performance and goal acceptance. The participants consisted of 234 female students recruited from Tajen Institute of Technology. The participants were divided into three groups: difficult-goal group (n=78), easy-goal group (n=87), and control group (n=69). Participants were encouraged to complete Goal Acceptance Questionnaire. Two-way ANOVA was employed to analyze the data. The results indicated that significant differences existed among three groups (i.e., difficult-goal group, easy-goal group, and control group) in sit-up performance, and the difficult-goal group performed better than the other two groups in sit-up performance. There was a significant interaction effect between goal difficulty and the time of goal acceptance. The goal acceptance scores in time 3 and time 4 were significantly higher than those in time 1 and time 2. The goal acceptance score of easy-goal group was significantly higher than that of difficult-goal group. The goal acceptance score of easy-group in time 4 was significantly higher than that in time 1. The findings are congruent with Locke's (1996) theory of goal setting and task performance. The findings also have practical implications for physical educational practice in college. |
