中文摘要 | 我國國民中學職前視覺藝術師資之培育主要來自兩大系統─師範系統與非師範系統。師範系統之中學視覺藝術師資機構包括台灣師大、彰化師大,與高雄師大等三所師範大學;非師範系統則包括十所以上設置有教育學程之公私立大學校院。有鑒於教師專業能力為影響教育成效首要關鍵之一,視覺藝術師資培育工作者對於視覺藝術師資培育之制度與方式,以及職前教師應具備之視覺藝術專業化教學素養迭有討論。本文首先檢視我國中學視覺藝術師資培育之沿革與現況,再探討視覺藝術專業化教學素養,並以視覺藝術專業化教學素養為框架,分析討論我國師範與非師範系統,於培育職前中學視覺藝術師資上的差異。 |
英文摘要 | Taiwanese secondary preservice art teachers are mainly from two teacher preparation systems: the traditional art teacher preparation system and the non-traditional art teacher preparation system. There are three universities within the traditional system and more than ten universities within the non-traditional system. Since the professionalization of teaching is a crucial determinant for an effective schooling, many art teacher educators devote themselves to research the issue of art teacher preparation. This article first reviews the history of Taiwanese secondary art teacher preparation and introduces the current policy, then discusses the professionalization of art teaching. By utilizing the framework of the professionalization of art teaching, this article further analyzes the effectiveness of Taiwanese secondary art teacher preparation systems. |
