中文摘要 | 近幾年來,如何推展「學習型學校」,以提升學校效能,解決學校問題,已經成為國內外教育改革所關注的議題之一。然而,對我國成人教育而言,目前尚無一篇論文探討有關「學習型補校」的問題。在民國八十七年教育「邁向學習社會」白皮書中,曾經提及要推動補習學校的轉型。如何建立學習型補校,應是推動補習學校轉型相當重要的關鍵途徑。 本研究的主要目的,是在探討我國在推展學習型補校時,組織學習、發展策略與問題解決成效之間的關係。本研究應用文獻分析、焦點團體座談及問卷調查等方法,針對曾經參加過教育部舉辦的學習型補校專案的十五所中小學補校進行研究。研究發現,各種個人學習、經織學習及發展策略,對於補校在問題解決方面各有其不同的成效。本研究結果對於教育部推動學習型補校的政策是一項正面的肯定。可見如果長期持續推動學習型補校的各項策略,將可有助於補校的轉型及問題的解決。 |
英文摘要 | How to transform a school into a learning school has become one of the main issues in educational reform among many countries including Taiwan. Neverthless, there are no any research dealing with the issue about how to creat a leraning supplementary school in Taiwan. Thus, the main purpose of this article is to investigate the relationship between organizational learning, developmental strategies and problem solving in junior-high supplementary school and elementary supplementary school in Taiwan. The main conclusion is that the application of organizational learning and developmental strategies are quite conducive and effective to the problem solving in the learning supplementary school. Finally, the author suggests that the Ministry of Education in Taiwan schould continue to undertake the policy of learning supplementary school in order that all supplementary school can be transformed into a learning supplementary school. |
