中文摘要 | 本研究目的在於整合廣泛注意及應用的成人教育模式,來指引需求評估的建構。研究中的提議模式是由LISREL統計軟體所分析的,所包括的樣本對象來自於全國414個的大學推廣教育成人學習者。提議模式中共由兩個自變數因子(包括6個測量變數)及三個依變數因子(包括10個測量變數)所組成。三個依變數因子為負擔、能力及教育需求,而自變數因子為個人及社交。結果顯示需修改提議模式,因為一些判斷指標並未達到標準,充其量達到曾有文獻上提到的「邊際支援」結果。經修改後的模式都能達到標準指標。在此狀況下,此修改模式可作為後續有關成人需求評估建構相關研究的重要參考資料。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study is to integrate widespread noticing and applying models in adult education, as the guideline for constructing the needs assessment. The proposed model was analyzed by LISREL method, and the target sample was included 414 university extension education adult learners in Taiwan. The proposed model consisted of 2 independent factors (included with 6 measurement variables), and 3 dependent factors (included with 10 measurement variables). Three dependent factors are load, power, and educational needs, as well as personal and social for independent factors. Results suggested that to modify the proposed model, since relative indications did not achieve the standards, and the proposed model only achieved marginal support. All indications of goodness-of-fit for modified model were fit in the standard scores. This modified model can provide for future reference for relative research about construction of adult's needs assessment. |
