中文摘要 | 本實驗之目的在針對傳統�G復體移除器及Coronaflex 2005�G復體拆除器作用的力 量特徵作初步瞭解並加以比較。本體外實驗先用鑄造出之金合金條塊固定於硬石膏中模擬固 定�G復體, 其上黏貼 EA-06-062AQ-350 應變測計,以 Universal Testing Unit 作應力校 正後, 再由操作者以不同設定值的 Coronaflex 2005 及傳統�G復體移除器敲擊模擬固定�G 復體。敲擊時應變訊號則經由應變訊號處理器、訊號記錄器、類比╱數位訊號轉換器、最後 以 50000 Hz 採樣頻率將數位訊號儲存於電腦內。分析主要著重在敲擊時力量的大小與力量 作用的時間兩種測量值; 統計則主要以一方分類變異數分析( one-way ANOVA),若有差異 再以雪費測試( Scheffe test )檢定具有顯著差異的組別。結果顯示:不同操作者操作傳 統�G復體移除器時,力量的大小約為 12kgw,作用力量時間的長短約為 1.55 至 1.73 微秒 。有些操作者間在兩種測量值上有顯著差異。 若將 Coronaflex 2005 �G復體拆除器輸出設 定值任意分為 0/4, 1/4, 2/4, 3/4 及 4/4 五個等級, 結果之敲擊力量由小至大為 5.52,17.29,22.61,25.38 及 27.22kgw,等級之間具統計上之差異 (p<0.001)。作用力量時 間的長短則為 0.19 至 0.30 微秒,等級之間具統計上之差異 (p<0.001)。若以t檢定測試 Coronaflex 2005 �G復體拆除器不同設定值與傳統�G復體移除器間之作用的力大小及作用時 間之差別,也發現皆具統計上差異 (p<0.001)。基於以上之結果,我們認為本實驗所測試之 兩種�G復體拆除器,輸出之力量大小與作用時間有相當明顯的不同,Coronaflex 2005 �G復 體拆除器在 1/4 以上之設定值的確能以較強,且時間明顯縮短的力量作用於�G復體。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to evalvate the force profiles of conven- tional prosthesis removal system and Coronaflex 2005. A casting gold metal bar was first constructed and fixed in dental hard stone to simulate the framework of prosthesis. A strain gauge, EA-06-062AQ-350, was attached on the dorsal surface of the framework, then connected to the strain gauge conditioning amplifier and a tape recorder. The signals were then pass through an A/D converter and stored in computer with a sampling frequency of 50000 Hz. After calibration with Universal Testing Unit, Coronaflex 2005 was tested at different settings (0/4,1/4,2/4,3/4 and 4/4). Four operations were also asked to test the conventional prosthesis removal system with 10 trials for each test. The magnitude and duration of acting force were measured. The variation within each technique was analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Scheffe test. The results showed that there were significant differences between operators in using conventional prosthesis removal system in terms of force magnitude (p<0.001) and force duration (p<0.016). The removal force was about 12 kgw, and the force duration was ranged from 1.55 to 1.73 ms. There were also significant differences between the different settings of Coronaflex 2005 for both force magnitude and force duration (p<0.001). In the five different settings of Coronaflex 2005, the magnitude of force graded 5.52,17.29,22.61,25.38 and 27.22 kgw consecutively. The force duration ranged from 0.19 to 0.30 ms. Both force magnitudes and force durations were also significantly different between the different settings of Coronaflex 2005 and conventional prosthesis removal system (p<0.001). Based on these results, we found that there were statistically significant differences between the two prosthesis removal systems in terms of force magnitude and duration; Coronaflex 2005 did show stronger acting force and shorter force duration than those done by conventional prosthesis removal system when the setting was greater than 1/4. |
