中文摘要 | 爐石水泥早期強度比普通波特蘭水泥要差,但中到末期強度則較普通波特蘭水泥為佳(1)(2);本文則比較上兩種水泥分別添加了2.75倍之通過美國標準篩#30細砂,w/c =0.6,膠結水化後之壓縮強度及抗拉強度。同時了進一步能作添加棉纖、麻絨、尼龍與特多龍等纖維,並比較上述配比添加1%多梭酸強塑劑之後上兩種水泥砂漿壓縮強度及抗拉強度。 經過實驗証明爐石水泥砂漿早期強度比普通渡特蘭水泥砂漿要差,但中到末期強度則較普通波特蘭水泥砂漿為佳。至於添加1%多梭酸強塑劑以後兩種水泥兩種強度之變化皆不大,可說明此一添加劑是為改善將來水泥砂漿中使加入之纖維易於拌勻。 |
英文摘要 | The early strength of the Portland blast-furnace slag cement is lower than the normal Portland cement, but the later strength of the Portland blast-furnace slag cement is better than the normal Portland cement (1), This study investigates the compressive and tensile properties of cement paste above the two cement mentioned. By adding 2. 75 times passing ASTM#30 American standard sieve' s fine aggregates, the water-cement ratio w/c=0.6,while they hydraulic setting and hardened. In order to find the strength of cement paste by adding like the hemp, the cotton and polyester fiber in the near future, we study by adding the supper plasticizers 1% of the strength of compressive and tensile in the cement paste of the two cemented above. After compressive and tensile test, we prove the early strength of the Portland blast-furnace slag cement paste is lower than the normal Portland cement paste too, and the same as the property of the cement, the later strength of the Portland blast-furnace slag cement paste is better- than the normal. Portland cement paste. As for the adding supper plasticizer, is not too different from the two cement pastes. Yet only for the better workability on mixing the fibers. |
