中文摘要 | IC卡公用電話機之機構零組件以IC卡片插卡導引機構之使用頻率最高,由於本機構除了需具備卡片導引功能外,還應兼具防撞擊破壞、耐腐蝕性、整體造型之美觀性以及降低成本(cost down)等考量,因此本文應用電腦輔助工程技術(Computer Aided Engineering)-塑膠成型模流分析軟體Moldex3D以有限元素法(Finite Element Method)及邊界元素法(Boundary Element Method)分析本機構之最佳成型條件,並結合電腦輔助設計/製造(Computer Aided Design / Manufacture)軟體SolidWorks及SmartCAM作為機構設計及模具製造之設計參數。並與塑料短射(Short Injection)實驗作驗證,本文對於塑料射出成型充填過程的理論分析結果與實驗結果相當吻合。 |
英文摘要 | The most frequently used mechanism of IC card public pay phone is the IC card guiding mechanism. Owing to the mechanism not only needs IC card guiding function but also needs mechanism impact resistance, corrosion resistance, integrated artistic shape and cost down etc,. Therefore we use Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) technology - Plastic Mold flow analysis applying Finite Element Method (FEM) and Boundary Element Method (BEM) to analyze the IC card guiding mechanism, then obtaining the optimal manufacture parameters. Combining the results of analysis and the Computer Aided Design / Manufacture (CAD/CAM) software will provide the optimal references for mechanical design and mold manufacture. To this end, experimental data, obtained by plastic short-injection experiment, are employed for verification. It has been shown that the results of theoretical analysis in plastic injection molding filling process are quite excellent. |
