中文摘要 | 鐵-鎳合金電沉積粉末研究中,很多因素除硫酸亞鐵、硫酸鎳及錯化劑外;還有溫度、酸鹼度及電流密度皆會影響鐵-鎳合金之陰極極化、電流效率及粉末形態。本文錯化劑(草酸、檸檬酸)增加陰極極化現象,所得粉末較規則,無樹枝狀且粒徑較細。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of complexing agents, such as oxalic acid and citric acid, on the cathodic polarization, the current efficiency, and the morphology of electrodeposited ironnickel alloy powders were investigated. The baths were based mainly on aqueous solutions of ferrous sulphate, nickel suphate, and complexing agents. Also, the effects of temperature, pH, and current density were studied. It was found that adding complexing agents to eletrodeposition systems made them more polarized. The powders obtained were also finer than those obtained without complexing agents. |
