| 中文摘要 | 本研究以含浸-化學還原法製備負載式CuB/SiO2及Cr-CuB/SiO2觸媒,探討糠醛,探討糠醛、巴豆醛及檸檬醛的選擇性氫化催化性質。超細CuB觸媒能均勻負載於SiO2控體上,且負載後CuB熱穩定性明顯提昇。CuB/SiO2觸媒應用於液相氫化反應,最佳銅負載量為10%,且10%的CuB/SiO2觸媒活性遠優於傳統式Cu/SiO2觸媒。添加鉻促進劑能有效增加CuB/SiO2觸媒分散度,進一步提昇觸媒穩定性,並明顯促進糠醛中單一C=O鍵氫化及巴豆醛與檸檬峑中共軛C=C/C=O鍵氫化,鉻的最佳添加量為15%。15% Cr-CuB/SiO2觸媒於糠醛氫化成糠醇反應,轉化率為商用銅-鉻觸媒的2.2倍,於巴豆醛氫化成丁醛及檸檬醛氫化成橙花醇反應,轉他率可媲美商用銅-銅觸媒。 |
| 英文摘要 | Cub/Sio2 and Cr-Cub/SiO2 catalysts were prepared using the impregnation-chemical reduction method and examined for the hydrogenation of furfual, crotonaldehyde and citral. The ultrafine catalysts of CuB could be effectively stabilized on SiO2 for the liquid-phase hydrogenations, the optimal copper loading was 10%, and the resulting CuB/SiO2 catalysts were much more active than the generally supported catalyst of Cu/SiO2.
