中文摘要 | 啟智專業工作者流動率高是許多智能障礙服務機構的主要問題,因此,了解啟智專業工作者在工作過程中之感受與經驗,對於機構在改善這方面的情形有很大的幫助。本研究的主要目的乃在了解啟智工作者工作經驗中的感受與經驗,以他們工作過程中最「快樂」及「遭遇困難」的工作經驗作分析。研究對象為15位修習某私立大學「啟智專業研究班」課程的啟智工作者,以自擬式開放性問卷作為研究工具,主要分析方法以內容分析法作呈現與解讀。研究結果發現引起啟智工作者「快樂」的原因陳述共67次,主要來自於「孩子表現」、「自我成長與肯定」、「工作環境」三方面;而「遭遇困難」的原因陳述共70次,主要來自於「啟智專業制度面」、「工作壓力」、「人員方面」、「機構特性」等方面。針對引起啟智工作者工作經驗中「快樂」及「遭遇困難」的原因作為維持及增進他們工作滿意的依據,使他們能夠全心全力的投入啟智工作,對於智障者的照護品質無疑是一種保障。 |
英文摘要 | Background High level of staff turnover is a major problem in services for persons with intellectual disabilities. Therefore, understanding their feeling and experience in working for this group of persons is important to improve the quality of care. The purposes of this study were to identify and describe the main experience of staff, particularly in "happiness" and "experiencing difficulties" about the staff's working experience. Method Subjects recruited from participating "intellectual disability research course" of one private university in Taipei were selected for the study. Of the 21 survey respondents, 15 persons answered the open-ended questionnaire, and content analysis was used for interpreting the data. Results The findings showed that there were 67 statements expressed about "happiness", the sources come from: 'behavior change of children', 'staff self-matured', 'friendly working environment'. Five categories of "experiencing difficulties" were identified: 'systemic problem', 'too much stress', 'personnel relationship', 'character of institution', and totally of 70 statements. Conclusions To ensure the quality of health care for persons with intellectual disabilities, the causes of "happiness" and "experiencing difficulties" can be used to maintain and improve the satisfaction of the staff and make them working wholeheartedly. |
