中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的是藉由瞭解燃煤電廠及種用水程序及水質調查,並配合現場實際 運轉之廢水,進行先導型工廠規模之逆滲透薄膜廢水回收模擬試驗,探討並規劃廢排放水減 量之方法,及設計一套可符合實際處理水量需求之逆滲透薄膜設備,完成該項設備之經濟效 評估,以提供電廠廢水回收及水資源多元化利用之參考。依水質調查結果發現,燃煤電廠之 廢排放水中,以鍋爐沖放水及水質分析盤洩水之水質為最佳,其次為綜合廢水場之廢排放水 ,水質較差者為 FGD 系統效流水。 因此,除了一部份鍋爐沖放水及水質分析盤洩水規劃為 回收至鍋爐系統, 其餘廢排放水配合逆滲透薄膜回收處理設備之操作,清水回流至 FGD 系 統循環利用,濃縮水則回收以噴灑煤堆,所有廢排放水均可達到完全回收利用之目的。此外 ,針對 FGD 放流水,已完成一套可回收清水 265 噸 / 日之逆滲透薄膜設備之設計,本套 設備估計每回收一噸水平均成本約 39 元, 雖比目前自來水公司供應價 10.5 元 / 噸高, 但約為海水淡化系統所須成本之一半,顯然有良好之競爭性。此外,本研究設計之回收設備 ,因有 FGD 廢水設備為其前處理程序, 因此,只有逆滲膜組本體須少量之土地及建物,而 海水淡化廠尚須不少之土地、土地費及營建費用。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, by using water quality analysis and test of reverse osmosis membrane in a pilot plant, several ways for reclaiming the discharged water have been evaluated. Simultaneously, the economic assessment for reverse osmosis membrane process has been completed, The main conclusions are drawn as follows: 1.Except the boiler blowdown water, both the discharged water from boiler and FGD wastewater treatment processes have higher conductivity than tap water, Whereas, the conductivity of the boiler blowdown water is below 2.0uS/cm. 2.The boiler blowdown water is suitable to be reclaimed by mixing with tap water as a source of deminerization water treatment process. Both the dischargedwater from boiler and FGD wastewater treatment processes could be treated by reverse osmosis membrane for recycling to FGD system. In addition, the concentrated water could be reused to spray on coal pile. 3.Based on rpoducing pure water 265 ton/day, the cost of reverse osmosis membrane process is NT$ 39/ton pure water. It is much cheaper than sea water desaltination process for producing the same level of water purity. |
