| 中文摘要 | 本論文主要研究主題乃是應用網路服務(Web Services)、網路服務安全(WS-Security)技術和資料庫系統整合架構,使腦腫瘤臨床診斷相關量測系統具備網路化與存取控管的資訊處理能力,不僅能使MRI與PET腦腫瘤影像能藉由SOAP通信技術匯集至多媒體資料庫進行分析整合,研究結果亦能以網路服務形式透過SOAP技術提供臨床診斷之用;同時,跨醫院的影像交換存取控管系統,亦能透過WS-Security技術提供單一簽入的系統整合功能。具體的研究成果包括(1) 生理參數影像分析系統之建置,(2) 以XML、SOAP技術建置腦腫瘤醫療影像交換系統,(3) 以WS-Security技術建置單一簽入模組,(4) 腦腫瘤醫療資訊存取控管平台之系統建置。本研究成果已應用於林口長庚醫院與台北榮總醫院的腦腫瘤影像之系統整合上,對於促進腦腫瘤影像之分級彙整與腦腫瘤臨床病歷之先導研究具有顯著的貢獻。 |
| 英文摘要 | The goal of this research is using SOAP and database technology to implement a Brain Tumor Application System that can have appropriate networking and access control capability to integrate individual medical image systems and their services seamlessly. Furthermore the access control system provides the capability of Single Sign-On to get the data from multi systems. The Brain Tumor Application also provides a methodology to analyze physiological information of the functional images by the modeling techniques, such as metabolism rate of glucose, cerebral blood volume (CBV), cerebral blood flow (CBF) and mean transit time (MTT) from functional images. Five subsystems have been implemented in the proposed Brain Tumor Application System as following, Image Exchange System, Image Analysis System, Access Control System, Single Sign-On System and Brain Tumor Multimedia Diagnosis System. It is strongly believed that the results of this research have greatly helped physicians to make significant progress on brain tumor research. |
