中文摘要 | 本研究目的除主要在探究遊戲舞蹈訓練是否能改善腦性麻痹兒童之模仿能力、平衡感、與親子互動行為外,也附帶探索本研究介入方案之三種遊戲舞蹈訓練課程(B課程、C課程、及D課程)對五位受試兒童(三位輕度痙攣型雙邊麻痹,兩位近中度痙攣-徐動型)在上述三項能力之介入效果。訓練場所主要是在一間經過精心設計的知重教室實施。本研究的研究設計採單一受試研究法之多處理設計(multiple-treatment design);資料的處理與分析以視覺分析為主,統計分析為輔,五位受試兒童之視覺分析呈現了視覺上的正向實驗效果,而各依變項改變程度之數據分析則補充說明了此種正向變化。此外,C統計分析結果也顯示,五位受試兒童在三項能力之個別數值的增加及團體平均數的提升大部份也顯示達到統計顯著水準。此外,特別就視覺圖示分析來看,三種課程內容之間並未明顯顯示亞一種介入方式的效果較佳。分析結果也指出,各階段在採用新活動課程或重新使用某特定課程之間,前一課程應該持續實施直到出現明確邁向,方才加入新課程或重新採用預定之舊課程。 |
英文摘要 | The main purposes of this study were to evaluate and to compare the effectiveness of three playdancing therapeutic courses on the development of the imitation ability, balance, and the improvement of parent-child interaction behaviors for 5 children with cerebral palsy (i.e., 3pressented diplegia-spasticity, 2 spasticity-athetosis). The sessions took place in a special room which was arranged specifically for this study. Under the single-subject multiple-treatment design, the data was evaluated and analyzed by using the techniques of the visual analysis of graphic data and the statistical treatments. The visual analysis displayed the effects of intervention. This was supported by the statistical analysis. In addition, according to the time-serious analysis, the therapeutic program produced significant differences in the merging means on the imitation ability, balance, and parent-child interaction individually. However, the result of visual analysis indicated that there were no obvious effective differences among the three courses designed for this study. Furthermore, the analysis pointed out that before adopting a new course or re-using an old course, the previous course should not be stopped until the trend was accertained. |
