中文摘要 | 本研究主要合成一系列含羥基雜環系染料□吩染料,主要利用Gewald反應法以二氰基甲烷和氰基乙酸乙酯分別與乙醯乙酸乙酯與硫粉在鹼性觸媒作用合成2-胺基□吩中間體、再以3-胺基丁烯?、二氰基甲烷與硫粉合成另一支2-胺基□吩中間體,這一系列的中間體與含有氫氧基的苯系與?系偶合鹽在冰浴下行偶合反應,合成出雜環系□吩偶氮染料,所合成的染料皆經光譜確認其結構,進而對聚酯及聚醯胺織物進行染色。由實驗結果得知,聚酯及聚醯胺染織物的耐水洗堅牢度變褪色評級分別大致達3~4級、污染評級大改造3-4級,乾摩擦堅牢度達3-4級、濕摩擦堅牢度達3-4級,而昇華堅牢度達4級。 |
英文摘要 | A series of heteroarylazo dyes has been derived from 2-aminothiophenes prepared by using the Gewald reaction. The 2-aminothiophenes as diazo components were diazotised with phenol and naphthol derivatives with phenol and naphthol derivatives as coupling components, Characterization of these dyes were carried out by spectral and their dyeing properties measured for polyester and polyamide were also evaluated. |
