中文摘要 | 排隊長度與服務者相關之排隊系統(N policy)與傳統等候系統不同的是:服務者多寡取決於顧客的等候人數。本研究希冀能考慮到現況服務率與到達率的隨機性以建構N policy系統,因此使用經驗貝氏的參數估計法來估計系統中的交通強度ρ值,此外並以成本為考量,找出模式中最適N值使期望成本函數最小化,作為決策時的依據,在模式推導完成之後,並以數值分析的方法求出最適之數據,供後續研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The queueing system that the number of servers is changed depends on the length of queue (N policy). It is different from the traditional one because the number of servers is decided by the Number of customers in the waiting line. In order to make the service and arrival rates close to reality, this study estimates the traffic intensity (i.e. the parameter of queueing system, ρ) by the Empirical Bayesian estimation method. In addition, we consider those parameters of cost in the research. Base on them, we can find the optimal N to minimize the total expected cost of queueing system. According to this result, we can make the decision when to start the second server. After deriving the model, the numerical analysis was performed and the following researches can refer to it. |
