中文摘要 | 本研究透過紮根理論的質化研究方式,探討一位資深老師生涯發展的歷程,首先對參與研究者進行深度訪談,訪談後的逐字稿做開放性編碼,以確立屬性和面向,經由求學時期及教學時期兩大主軸來呈現研究結果,分析參與研究者的成長心路歷程,再透過歷程編碼及選擇性編碼,將資深老師的生涯發展歷程分為生涯未定階段、生涯決定階段、生涯適應階段、生涯突破階段、生涯轉換階段、生涯定位階段,本研究的主要目的在了解在職進修的資深教師生涯發展的歷程,作為國小老師規劃其生涯發展的參照及師資培訓機構反思的依據。 |
英文摘要 | This research was to investigate the development process of a senior primary teacher based on grounded theory.It interviewed co-researcher in detail,and got transcript which was processed by open coding,to indentify the properties and dimensions.Then the research result can be analyzed by two axiala.They are study period and teaching period,in order to understand the internal shifts of the co-researcher.Furthermore,by means of process coding and optional coding,the career process was divided into career uncertain period 、career decision period、career adaption period career abruption period 、career chang period and career position period.The purpose of this research was to understand the development process of a senior primary teacher.The result of this research can be the reference of the career plan of primary teachers,and the respective sample of teacher’s training. |
