中文摘要 | 在本研究中以4,4’-二甲基二異氰酸鹽、聚丁醚二醇、二本基矽二醇和甲基磷酸在N, N’-二甲基醯胺溶劑中合成含矽或含磷聚氨基田酸酯以及含矽與磷聚氨基甲酸酯聚合體,並以H’核磁共指對所合成之各聚合體合體結構與組成進行定性與定量分析。這些含矽與磷聚氨基甲酸酯聚合體的熱衰解是藉由熱重分析加以探討,並以小澤丈夫(Ozawa)法求出在不同之失重率(conversion)下的衰解活化能。結果顯示,導入矽化物於聚氨基甲酸酯中可以增加聚氨基甲酸酯的熱穩定性,且有較高的衰解活化能,然而磷化物則使基熱穩定性下降,且其衰解活化能也較低。此外,將矽化物導入聚氨基甲酸酯中,可改善由於導磷使得熱穩定性大幅下降的缺點。 |
英文摘要 | Polyurethane containing silicon and phosphorus was prepared from 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), ploytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMG), diphenylsilanediol (DSiD) and mehtylphosponic acide (MPA). H’n.m.r. spectrum determined the qualitative and quantitative of these polymers. The thermal stability and activiation energy for thermal degradation of the these polymers were measured by thermogravimtry. The activation energies at various degradation stages for the pure PU, silicon-containing polyurethane (Si-PU) and the P-U polymers were calculated by the Ozawa method. The DSiD incorporated in the main chain of polymer improved the thermal stability of PU while the phosporus-containing polyurethane (P-PU) displayed lower thermal stability than pure PU. Furthermore, the phosphorus incorporated in the main chain of PU created a low thermal stability, which could be improved by silicone. |
