中文摘要 | 為了達到良好噴墨印花品質,從噴墨頭、墨水、噴印基材、噴印設備到機電軟體與列印條件皆必須達到系統相容與再現性穩定之狀態,其中墨水與噴印基材為影響印花表現效果之主要關鍵變因。本研究以色墨日光牢度、色彩強度與色域性之品質觀點,探討賦予色彩之染、顏料與賦予固著墨水之聚合物兩者間交互作用所產生效應性。本研究方法分為三階段,第一階段為染料之結構與墨中含量對於日光牢度與色彩強度之影響,第二階段為染料與染料間及染料與高分子間相互作用性可籍由IR光譜儀、褪色試驗儀及測色儀檢驗得知,第三階段為比較一般染料墨水與顏料墨水所搭配適用基材之不同耐日光牢度。最後結果指出染科凝集之機制會受到基材與環境濕度之影響,而染料-高分子之鍵結將降低變褪色現象,同時,各種染顏料墨水之耐日光牢度值會於不同照光條件而有所差異。 |
英文摘要 | In order to achieve good ink jet printing Image or quality, the conditions of print head, inks, printed media, printer, and software should meet the integrating status of system compatibility and reproduction stability. However, the colored inks and printed media are major factors to influence the printing performance. This article would investigate the effects of Magenta-dyed and pigmented inks as well as polymers of receiving layers on light stability, color density and color gamut. The study started with the first step on the design of dye structures and ink concentration, then comprehension of dye-dye and dye-polymers interaction by means of IR, weatherometer as well as spectrophotometer, and finally the comparison of printing results. The observation can be explained by the dye aggregation that would reduce performance and cause the media to improve stability. The light stability with the parameter of color density would be enhanced with increased hydrogen bonding of the host polymer, but reduced with the increased number of the interactive functional groups. The performance was demonstrated differently with ink dilution and environmental humidity. |
