中文摘要 | 本研究旨在了解國中認輔工作的執行情形與影響因素,以新竹縣四所國中為對象,研究者採用深度訪談方式,訪談不同職務層級的十二位受訪者,主要發現如下: 壹、認輔學校執行認輔工作的情形-上有政策下有對策 認輔學校在「上有政策下有對策」下,照章行事執行認輔工作轉化成學校經常性工作,達成認輔工作普及化的目標。但是從認輔學校的行政措施,經由認輔老師勉力而為,到認輔學生的逆來順受,缺乏有效專業督導措施,加上認輔影響因素多重推拉下,輔導效果有限。 貳、影響認輔工作執行的因素多元角力推拉拔河 影響認輔工作執行的因素,不外包含個人、家庭、學校及社會同儕的因素,各項因素之間互相拉扯,如輔導行政與輔導專業、行政機關與學校、學校與社會及家庭、認輔老師多重角色問、認輔老師與學校、認輔老師與認輔學生及其同儕、認輔老師與家長等多重力量的推拉拔河,構成影響認輔工作的浩大場面,而多重力道的專業處理不慎,對認輔學生造成的心理傷害既持久又深遠,並非單純的行政措施所能解決。 最後根據研究結果提出建議以為參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation and the effectiveness of the 'adoption-guidance program' mandated by ministry of Education at four junior high schools in Hsin-chu, Taiwan, R.O.C. The researcher interviewed 12 interviewees at four schools with different status, namely, principals. The main findings are as follow: 1. All of the four interviewed schools carried out the adoption-guidance programs in such a way that were demanded by the Ministry of Education. They encouraged and arranged four dyads of teachers and students to participate in the program. Since most of the four teachers were paraprofessional counselors, they failed to perform their counselor roles professionally. 2. Some dropouts had positive comments about the program, those who were supported by their parents, peers and teachers made more progress. The factors which affected the effectiveness of the adoption-guidance program included the resistance of those dropouts, the heavy duty also the lacking of the professional knowledge and ski1ls required by those teachers, the ignorance and inattentiveness of dropouts' parents. Moreover, the influence of peer group plays an important role in helping those dropouts. Further implication and recommendations about the adoption-guidance program were discussed. |
