中文摘要 | 為了能將燃煤電廠事業廢棄物飛灰做有敦利用,藉由飛灰的物理化學特性,依ACI 委員會飛灰級數分類之標準,將興達電廠燃煤灰渣(含高SiO��+Fe�烙��+Al�烙 �隻言驉A低 CaO 成份 ) 定位為 F 級。實驗結果顯示飛灰 pH 約 10.7 ~11.24,具有很強的緩衝能力, 鹼度為 21mg CaCO ��/g ash, 飛灰釋放重金屬 Zn 之傾向隨外在環境 pH 值的降低 (pH2.0) 而上升;飛灰吸附 Zn 之能力隨水溶液 pH 升高而增加,而飛灰去除重金屬之化學 反應動力現象,可適用於Elovich 方程式,且灰在水溶液pH6.0時吸附Zn 之現象較符合 Langmuir 等溫吸附式Q=,飽和吸附量約3.043mg Zn/g ash,自由能約-6.24kcal/mole (pH8.0時,自由能為-7.494kcal/mole),顯示飛灰吸附重金屬Zn離子過程為自發性反應。 |
英文摘要 | In order to utilize the industrial solid wastes from power plants more efficiently, fly ash from the Hsinta power plant was used as an adsorbent for the removal of Zn. The fly ash can be categorized as ACI class F because of its high constitution of SiO ��,Fe �� O ��,and Al �� O �� and low CaO content. Experiental results revealted that the fly ash had a pH of about 10.7~11.24 and had strong buffer capability. The amount of heavy metals released increased with decreasing pH value. Fly ash became unstable and releasd more ions when exposed to acidic solution |
