| 英文摘要 | Stress exists everywhere. In our daily life, there are much pressure within problems and events we met and triumph. Accumulation of pressure for long time may damage one�s health. If there are no effective adaptation or prevention, it may cause crisis to individual body and mind, and also influence work performance, interpersonal relationship and life of quality. Because the psychiatric nursing staff usually need to face aggressive or suspicious patients with less improvement of illness condition. So there is more great pressure of challenge on the healthcare worker for mind. This article arranges and comments references to let the readers increase the ability of releasing stress in the practice. |
