中文摘要 | 透過教育指標的建立,才能提昇教育的進步,並分析、解釋、及報告教育之實際表現。本研究旨在建立我國教育體制中,大學階段之國家層級教育指標系統。根據研究目的,採內容分析與問卷調查為方法,並利用魏氏曼惠特尼U考驗、弗里曼二因子等級變異數分析、及集群分析為方法,建構可行之國家層級大學教育指標。 根據研究結果,本研究提出一套包括四十九個指標之國家層級教育指標系統,並依其重要性及可測量程度,分為主要、次要、與參考指標。最後,並提出建構國家層級大學教育指標所需要之統計量與相關建議。 |
英文摘要 | It is an important issue that to promote educational progress; and to analyze, interpret, and report the actual performance of educational system by way of educational indicators. The purpose of this study was to establish a national indicators system of university level. To achieve the purpose, both content analysis and questionnaire survey are used to collect related data and information. These adequate statistical methods that included WiIcoxon-Mann-Whitney U test, Friedman two-way ANOV A by ranks, and cluster analysis would be used to data analysis for constructing feasible indicators system. In accordance with the results, the author establishes a national indicators system of university education which compose of forty-nine indicators. They have been classified into main, subordinate, and referenced indicators that based on their measurability and feasibility. |
