中文摘要 | 本文旨在介紹:(一)自由基(free radical)的形成;(二)自由基對人體的影響;以及(三)氧化防禦系統的作用機轉。並透過文獻回顧的方式,探究運動與氧化壓力關係。 自由基是自細菌致病說、病毒致病說之後,另一個導致生物體產生疾病的因素。在過去學者所做的運動與抗氧化的實驗中,有以下兩個初步的重要結果:(1)需消耗大量能量的耐力性運動或衰竭運動最容易造成氧化壓力,進而產生過多的自由基,使生物體的細胞組織受損;(2)長期規律性的訓練或運動,有助於提升體內抗氧化的能力,並能有效對抗體內產生的自由基,達到體內抗氧化系統的平衡。因此,關於運動質量與抗氧化的問題,是現今運動醫學界矚目的焦點,也是人類追求健康長壽的重點研究方向。 |
英文摘要 | This article is introducing: 1).how to from the "free radical", (2).the influences of free radical to human body, and 3).the reaction of antioxidative system. We also keep checking the different articles and researches on the relationship between exercise and oxidative stress. The free radical is another factor that causes diseases on living beings other than becteria and virus. In the past, the researchers found out two results from the relationship between exercise and antioxidative system. 1).To do endurance exercise or exhausted exercise need supplying much more energy and will product oxidative stress within our bodies. The free radical will be produced and damage our bodies at the same time. 2).Regularly training and exercise will help antioxidative system ability. It can also control the free radical and balance the antioxidative system on our bodies. There fore, people are working hard to do the research between exercise quality and antioxidation. It is a big hit and focuses on the sport medicine and the research direction of how to live longer amoung human beigns. |
