中文摘要 | 重鬱症是相當盛行的精神疾病,其生理病理機轉雖然牽涉多項生物學、心理學、 與社會學等因素複雜的互動機制,但核心機制為大腦情緒中樞單胺調控系統障礙,尤其是 serotonin與norepinephrine系統失調,任何會影響或改變這兩種單胺系統正常運作的生理 作用或心理社會刺激,即有可能導致重鬱症發病。本文綜合討論導致重鬱症發病較具關鍵性 之生物學與社會心理危險因子在重鬱症生理病理機轉扮演之角色,根據已有之實證資料提出 一整合性模式,藉以進行系統性探討重鬱症發病之病理生成機制(pathogenesis)。 |
英文摘要 | Major depression is one of the prevalent psychiatric disorders. Its pathophysiology involves complex interactions among many biopsychosocial risk factors. The dysfuncitional autoregulation of brain monoamines, particularly serotonergic and noradrenergic system, is the prime mechanism, any physiologicl or psychosocial events leading to dysfunction of the two brain amine systems would result in onset of major depression. This article discusses about the roles of important biopsychosocial risk factors in the pathophysiology of the empirical data to establish an integrated model to systemically investigate the pathogenesis of major depression.
