中文摘要 | 精神分裂症是相當盛行的嚴重精神疾病,其生理病理致病機轉由於基因或(及)其他環境誘因導致胎兒於胚胎中期起發育受損,因故產生解剖性及神經化學的病變;再加上神經細胞可塑性及環境因素複雜的互動影響,導致認知功能缺損、負性症狀、正性症狀於是次第產生。由於皮質間聯結病變與症狀及認知功能缺損關係密切,日後研究除了致病基因之探索外,針對認知功能發展過程中相關神經迴路及結構變化之研究,也將有助於致病因之了解。 |
英文摘要 | Schizophrenia is one of the prevalent and severe psychiatric disorders. Its pathophysiology involves complex interaction among genes and many biopsychosocial factors. Anatomical and neurochemical pathology had been demonstrated in patient with schizophrenia. Clinically, cognitive deficient, negative symptoms and positive symptoms were occurred gradually in patients' at aldolesent or early adulthood. Because, cognitive defici and psychopathology were highly associated with the dysfunction of intercortical connection, it is necessary, in additional to genetic study, to explore the relationship among cognitive development, neural circuit and anatomical changes in human being in the future for research of etiology of schizophrenia. |
