中文摘要 | 王漁洋是清初相當重要的一位詩人,更是神韻詩派大家,其論詩力主「不著一字、盡得風流」而倡行天下,影響詩壇數十年之久,然而其詩論卻引發後代許多討論,其中以白詩俗不俗的問題最具爭譏:並認為王漁洋論及「自詩令老嫗可解」,又有嚴厲批判白詩之論,而指其可謂清代貶抑白詩最嚴厲之代表。然而本文以為此一論斷實有待商榷,因為漁洋直接論及「元輕白俗」時,並無菲薄之意。因此,本文將從漁洋實際評白詩之資枓中加以省察,試著由其編選唐詩現象及論白居易詩論之探析中,期能掌握漁洋論白俗之真正意義,進而以明其詩論特色及在清代詩學史上之價值。 |
英文摘要 | Wang Yu-yang is one of the most prominent poets in the early Ching dynasty, who is well-known for his emphasis upon the importance of the spirit in the poetry. His much admired principle of grasping the spirit without using a word has produced great influence among his contemporary poets for many decades. However, his critical essays have been a source of debate and controversy for latter critics, among which the problem whether Pai Chu-yi's poetry is vulgar or not is one of the most controversial issues. Wang is usually regarded as the representative who is most critical of Pai in the Ching dynasty. But I will argue that such a viewpoint needsreassessment. Because when Wang says that Pai's popular style was receiving not much attention in the Yuan dynasty, there is no denigration in his statement. This paper intends to reexamine all the critical essays on Tang poets and Pai written by Wang with the hope to achieve a clearer picture of his poetics and reevaluate his merits as a poet in the Ching dynasty. |
