| 中文摘要 | 在離岸海域風能潛力評估上,風力機高度的風速是最重要的考慮因素,為能準確推算風能的蘊藏量,瞭解風速特性隨高度之變化乃為必要。在海洋與大氣交界的邊界層中,受風及波浪等海氣象因子的影響,在不同的條件下,風進剖面分佈隨摩擦速度與海洋表面粗糙度而改變。在離岸海海域風能潛力評估過程,必須考慮到當地風、波浪的條件,才能獲得準確的當地風能潛力評估。本文使用七股海上觀測樁的實測海氣象資料,以實測風速及波浪計算摩擦速度與粗糙長度,迴歸出摩擦速度與風速呈現冪關係的經驗公式,供日後在推算風速剖面分佈與風能潛力的評估上,快速且準確推算之推據。 |
| 英文摘要 | Wind speed at the height of where wind turbine locates is one of the most important factors considering the evaluation of offshore wind energy potential. The realization of the characteristics of wind profiles above the sea is thus of priority. Being influenced by the waves, ripples and other oceanographic factors occurred in the air-sea boundary layer, the wind profiles vary depending on the roughness of ocean surface and friction velocity. The characteristics of waves and local winds must be taken into consideration so as to obtain valid and accurate assessment of wind energy. In present study, long term field observed offshore wind and wave data are used to estimate the corresponding surface roughness and friction velocity. The wind speed and friction velocity relationship, which features power-law, are obtained from the regression analysis. The present proposed formula could be offered as the reference for further estimation of wind profile and relevant wind energy potential assessment. |
