中文摘要 | 傳統上,低溫熱源因溫度過低大多直接排放或是作為熱水/熱能應用。本文介紹有機郎肯循環系統,能有效利用低溫熱源,作為電力或動力之來源,對於地四、生質能、大陸熱能及工廠廢熱等低溫熱能之利用有著很大之潛力。有機郎肯循環系統主要元件包含增壓泵、蒸發器(鍋爐)、膨脹器(渦輪機)及冷凝器等元件,有機工作流體在系統中經由增壓、吸收熱能、膨脹作功及冷凝完成一循環過程。對於低溫發電而言,有機朗肯循環系統優於蒸氣朗肯循環,具有較高之效率及較簡單之系統。工研院能資所目前已開發完成5kW雛形系統,輸出功率達5.22kW。同時正與工研院航太中心合作開發有機朗肯循環之專用渦輪機。 |
英文摘要 | In general, low-grade heat is usually discharged or used in preheated process. In this study, we show that organic Rankine cycle systems can transform low/medium-grade heat to electric power or useful work. They have high potential for geothermal, biomass, solar thermal, and waste heat from industrial plants. The main parts of organic Rankine cycle systems are pump, evaporator (boiler), expander (turbine), and condenser. The organic working fluid in the cycle is involved in the following four processes: compression, heat addition, expansion, and heat rejection. For power generation in low-grade heat source, the organic Rankine cycle system is better performance, higher efficiency, and simpler structures than the steam Rakine cycle system. ERL/ITIR has developed the 5kW ORC protoype system. The output of this system has shown to 5.22kW. in the meantime, the organic turbine for ORC is also been developing, teaming up with CAST/ITRI. |
