中文摘要 | 本研究利用Bailey等(2001)報告中之資料,將原圖數位化後獲得的原始數據,應用灰關聯理論,分析高等植物光合系統PSI與PSII中所含之捕光蛋白總量與個別含量對葉綠素a/b比值之貢獻度。以捕光蛋白總量與個別含量為實驗系列,而以葉綠素a/b比值為參考系列,進行灰關聯分析。分析結果顯示,PSI的捕光蛋白總量與個別含量對葉綠素a/b比值的貢獻度均較PSII者為大。當光照強度逐步增強時,PSI與PSII即可機動調整其組成含量以適應光環境之變化。該種調適過程中,不同的光合系統及其捕光蛋白組成會調整其貢獻程度,以達到高等植物對自然環境變化的最佳適應狀況。該種調整機制將可提供為作物對光環境反應原因之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The grey relational theory was applied to analyze the effect of total and individual amount of light-harvesting proteins in PSI and PSII on chlorophyll a/b ratio in higher plants. The primitive data were obtained by imaging and digital processing of three figures of a paper by Bailey et al. (2001). The total and/or individual amount of light-harvesting proteins was treated as experiment data series and the chlorophyll a/b ratio as reference data series. The contribution degree of total and individual amount of light-harvesting proteins in PSI to chlorophyll a/b ratio was higher than those in PSII. The PSI and PSII alter their light-harvesting proteins composition to adapt to the gradual increase of light intensity. During the adaptation process, the two photosystems manipulate the light-harvesting proteins composition and regulate their the contribution degree to achieve the best adaptation for higher plants. The mechanism can be applied to the adaption of crops to light environment. |
