中文摘要 | 氯離子於混凝土中的穿透特性為評估鋼筋混凝土結構物服務年線的主要指標之一。因為氯離子可以進入在水飽和狀態時進入混凝土孔隙組織中,而且當氯離子進入鋼筋與混凝土界面時,氯離子便會開始破壞鋼筋的鈍態層,進而導致結構物的毀壞。而ASTM C1202(氯離子快速滲透試驗,簡稱RCPT)則為最普遍用於表示氯離子於混凝土中穿透特性的試驗方法。此方法藉由試驗期間量測得到的電流值計算6小時內總通過電量,並以此來評估混凝土抵抗氯離子滲透的能力。本文即就此方法試驗過程做一介紹,並對近年來對RCPT的相關研究與文獻做一整理與討論。 |
英文摘要 | The chloride permeability of concrete is a major factor in predicting the service life of the concrete structure. Because the chloride ion can penetrate into the pore structure of concrete under the saturate condition and destroy the passivity of rebar when penetrating into the interface between concrete and rebar. ASTM C1202 (rapid chloride penetration test, RCPT) is the most commonly used for indicating the chloride permeability of concrete. This method is calculating the total electrical charge that passing through the concrete specimen during a period of 6 hours. The quality of concrete for the chloride ions permeability is specified by the test results. This paper is aimed to introduce the test process of rapid chloride penetration test method and to review the recent Literatures on this subject. |
