中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的在探討Al-11%Si合金中添加微量鈹和鍶元素對其機械性質的影 響,利用光學顯微鏡、電子微探儀、導電度計、影像分析儀等來探討材料微結構之變化,進 而利用微結構之改變來說明機械性質之變化。由實驗結果可知,Al-11%Si合金中添加鈹元 素可以使合金產生文字形富鐵相,減少針狀富鐵相的數量,並細化共晶矽。而當添加鍶元素 後,合金中的板狀共晶矽脆性組織獲得改良變為纖維狀,針狀富鐵相也被細化,材料強度及 延性的改進比添加鈹元素的合金為大。至於同時添加鈹與鍶的合金,隨添加量的增加延性也 增加,但對於強度則無顯著的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of Be Sr content on the mechanical properties in Al-11%Si casting alloys was investigated. The change of the micro-structures was studied by the optical microscopy, electron probe X-ray microanalyzer, conductivity meter, image analysis, hardness test and material tensile system. The mechanical properties of Al-11%Si casting alloys have been evaluated as a function of the magnitude and morphology of iron-bearing compounds and silicon particles. Addition of Be is benefical for transforming needle-shape iron-bearing compounds to Chinese script shape, and refining the silicon particles. In the Sr-added alloys, the most brittle flake eutectic silicon will be modified to form fibrous silicon. Also, the iron-bearing compounds will be refined by Sr. The strength and ductility of the Sr-added alloys are higher than the Be-added alloys. As for the addition of both Be and Sr, the ductility will be improved as the amount of Sr and Be increase. |
