中文摘要 | 運動有益健康已是一個眾所週知的事實。研究發現從事體適能運動對「身體的結構與組成」、「身體的機能與活動能力」、「疾病的預防與控制」、「生活安寧(well-being)與舒適」,及「提昇精神與心智活動」等五個層面皆有顯著的利益,因此運動帶給人們的好處是多重的,且交互影響的。然而,許多人常常因為觀念不足或運動不當而導致運動傷害,違反了運動促進健康的真諦。因此,如何避免運動傷害的發生,已是運動防護工作者、運動教練、體育教師及運動參與者本身所關心的一個重要課題。調查顯示,踝關節的傷害是所有運動傷害中,發生頻率最高的部位。因此在預防重於治療的原則下,本文特別透過文獻回顧的方式,提供積極正確的踝關節傷害預防之道及治療復健方法,期能有助於運動參與者降低運動傷害的發生率和後遺症的形成,以達到「運動一生、健康一生、快樂一生」之目的。 |
英文摘要 | As is known to all that taking exercises can benefit health. Research has found that taking physical fitness exercises has significant benefits in 5 levels: "the structure and compose of body", "the prevention and control against disease", "the well-being and comfort of life", and "the promotion of spiritual and mental activities". As a result, the benefits of taking exercises are multiple and mutual interacted. However, many people have insufficient concepts or take unsuitable exercises and often lead to sport injuries, violating the true essence of exercises' health goal. Hence, how to avoid sport injuries has become an important issue, concerned by exercises protectors, exercise coaches, physical teachers, and exercises participants. According to the investigation, ankle joint is the location that gets hurt most often in all sport injuries. Under the principle of prevention is more important than cure, this research, through documents review method, tries to offer accurate prevention and cure recovery ways of ankle injuries. Hope this research can contribute to decreasing the occurrence rate and residual sequelae of participants' sport injuries, and reach the goal of "exercise all life, health all life, and happiness all life." |
