英文摘要 | Multivariate analysis was used to assess the heavy metals in Crassostrea gigas of Ta-Pong-Wan lagoon, the latent factors, and the affect by people activities. From principal component factor analysis the results showed that the most important latent factors among these areas were industrial caused factor, fish and oyster culture caused factor. Cluster analysis was performed with factor scores compute from those principal components. Then we classified Ta-Pong-Wan lagoon into three distinct regimes by heavy metal bioaccumulation: fish culture activities area, tail of bag-shaped area, and coastal area. The content of heavy metal bioaccumulation was in coastal area greater than in fish culture activities area and greater than in tail of bag-shaped area. In fish culture activities area had the highest bioaccumulation of Cd, Cu and Zn. But in tail of bag-shaped area had the lowest bioaccumulation of heavy metal. And in coastal area had the highest bioaccumulation of Co, Cr, Fe, Mn and Ni. In conclusion, the use of factor and cluster analysis enabled the classification of these samples, and to determine the spatial variation of pollution in bioaccumulation remote from different kinds of people activities. These methodologies and results enable the understanding of the pollution caused effect and can provide useful information concerning oyster bioaccumulation of Ta-Pong-Wan lagoon and may be applicable to other environment with similar properties or experiencing similar environmental problems. |
