中文摘要 | 增進健康是現代人類最為關心的課題之一,過去的研究顯示規律的運動習慣及適當的飲食生活、充足的睡眠是增進及維護健康的不二法門,本研究針對本校教職員的生活習慣所做之問卷調查分析研究,以作為本校同仁改善現有生活習慣之參考。 本研究之調查結果在於運動習慣方面有6成左右的人有運動習慣,並且伴隨年齡的增加,運動頻率也有增加,飲食習慣與運動習慣一樣,年齡越大越是重視其個人的飲食生活,並且養成一個良好的習慣,包括飲食時間、飲食量、點心、宵夜等。 健康的飲食,適量定時的運動,充足的睡眠及良好的生活習慣,與我們人類的身體健康與生活滿意度是相對性的影響。 |
英文摘要 | Health is the most concerned issue for the modem people. Accoeding to the research, there are three key factors, such as regular exercise, proper diet and sufficient sleeping, to made people healthy. In this research, a questionnaire is made to investigate the living style of the empyloee in Tung Nan Institute of Technology. The research results into a guideline by analyzing the returned answr sheets of the questionnaire for the employees in the institute to improve their health conditions. In this research, it is foung that sixty percent of the sampling employee in the limited period is increasing as the age. The same tendency is shown in the research that the elder people pay much attention than younger people in the same group th the food they eaten. Furthermore, the elder people educate themselves to have a good diet plan, food amound and noght snack amount. Healthy meal, regular exercise, sufficient sleeping and good living habit are highly correlated to the degree of human health and determine people how well satisfy to our own life. |
