中文摘要 | 本文係以個人電腦當作主控制器,藉著多功能界面控制卡提供之既有硬體電路及庫存函數軟體,及搭配自行發展之電感法測厚原理,及程式撰寫與配合電路進行PC-Based之厚度感測控制器之開發,其基本原理為運用成磁物質(如鐵質材料)接近線圈時磁通量會改變,磁阻因而發生變化的原理,並進而影響線圈兩端之電壓,即線圈磁通量或磁阻所影響之電壓值與成磁材料兩者距離之間有唯一之關餘,再經由界面卡之D/A,A/D功能,籍由軟體設定,調整適當增益值,來作訊號放大,此關係並藉事先績密校驗之後建成一個表格儲存在電腦內。在實際量測時,將符測物體置於線圈與感磁物體中間,此時線圈兩端之電壓便與電腦內預先儲存的資料比對,以cubic spline便可直接輸出厚度值。測量對象目前暫限制為非導磁材料。以上整個程序須在輸入固定的交流頻率與振幅訊號給線圈,本文以函數訊號產生器產生正弦波形,頻率約1KHz左右。整個控制軟體以Turbo C語言編寫而成,並在DOS作業系統平台下採用圖形視窗處理來運作,以Matlab軟體進行資料分析,繪圖。 |
英文摘要 | The project of this study is to develop a thickness measuring equipment by using a method of inductance and a PC-Based multi-function control card. The basic principle is the magnetic resistance depends on how close of a magnetic material to a coil. The voltage between the two ends of the coil is a function of the distance between the magnetic material and the coil. By careful calibration the relationship of the voltage and the distance between the coil and the magnetic material previously, a calibration table can be constructed and input to the program. The thickness of the object to be determined when the object put between the coil and the magnetic material in practical application. A cubic spline program was used to interpolated to get the value of thickness. The frequency of the function generator is tuned about 1 KHz, sine-wave. All the program were written in Turbo C language in DOS operated system. The limitation now is the material to be determined is only a non-magnetic material. |
