中文摘要 | 本研究以實際求助彰化師大社區諮商中心的民眾為對象,暸解他們在此之前曾經使用的社會網絡資源及求助經驗如何。在求助個案初次進行接案晤談時,針對求助問題過去曾經嘗試求助的對象為何進行訪談。經分析82位個案求助經驗的結果顯示,問題發生和持續時間的長短,與個人應用社會網絡資源類別的多寡之間並無一定的關係。問題類別與資源對象之間,以兒童與青少年的問題與學校教師二者的連結最為明顯;學校教師主要是提供家長有關學生在學校裡的行為描述,或提供轉介資源的訊息。成人個人問題的求助對象及類別則有較多個別差異的情形。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand which social networks have been the clients used, and how the experiences were. Analysis the experiences of 82 clients who were seeking help of the Center for Community Counseling in NCUE. Data were collected in the phase of intake, what categories of resources/ networks that clients have been used within this regard. Results indicated that there was not a consistent relationship between the duration of problems and the amount and categories of utilizing social networks. The teachers were the most important resources for the problems of children and adolescents. They provided for the parents understanding what's the disturbed behaviors with their child in school, and what resources they could refer. The categories of resources that adult clients have sought for their own problems had some different individually. |
