中文摘要 | 本文先分析認知論中Perry的智能和倫理發展理論,與類型論中Myers-Briggs的人格類型論;再以兩理論加以實際應用。繼而針對德明技術學院本屆之43位社團負責人,透過問卷調查進一步做位階、人格特質及領導風格評述。最後剖析本屆社團幹部研習方案內容,輔以PTP模式應用。期透過深入探討,讓大學生發展理論能具體應用在社團負責人的培訓或社團幹研方案中! |
英文摘要 | Starting with the analysis of intelligence and ethic development theory of Perry in cognitive-structural theory, as well as personality type theory of Myers-Briggs in typology theory, this study tried to combine these two theories and put into application. Through a survey of forty-three leaders of student organizations in Takming College, three variables: positions, personality types and leading styles were investigated and interpreted. This study also took a close look at the agenda of the seminar held by student organization this year under PTP model. It was hoped that through this study student development theory could be practically applied to the campus. |
