中文摘要 | 本研究採用引用文獻分析法,探討半導體文獻中,高生產作者自我引用的情況,並比較同時法(Synchronous)與歷時法(Diachronous)自我引用的差異。本研究高生產力作者的數據來自於國科會研究報告「半導體文獻之書目計量學研究(一)」。同時法自我引用率,是指某篇文獻在其所附的參考書目中,引用了作者自己先前作品的比率;歷時法自我引用率,則是指文獻自出版之後,被引用的情形當中,出自於作者自己所引用的比率。作者選定生產力前五十四名為研究對象,利用科學引用文獻索引(Science Citation Index)資料庫檢索作者的引用、被引用及自我引用數據,再分別計算每一位作者的自我引用率。本研究結果歸納如下:一、作者同時法自我引用率分佈介於3.64%~23.22%,歷時法自我引用率則分佈於0.12%~33.78%;二、作者的同時法自我引用率分佈較歷時法自我引用率集中;三、被引用量越高的作者,歷時法自我引用率越低;四、半導體文獻高生產力作者的歷時法自我引用率,無法顯示作者的「自我中心主義」;五、同時法自我引用率越高,作者的排名越前面;六、半導體文獻高生產力作者的兩種自我引用率未達顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the self-citation of high productivity journals in semiconductor literatures and compares the differences between synchronous and diachronous rates. The journal data were adopted from "The Relationship of Journal Productivity and Citations: in the Case of the Literature in Semiconductor". The self-citation ratio of synchronous refers to the ratio of the author's self-citing his/her own previous works from some literatures in the affixed reference literatures; and the self-citation ratio of diachronous refers to the ratio of self-cited literatures among the citations after the literature has been published. The following statements are the results of inductive reasoning: 1. The authors' synchronous self-citation ratios distribution is more centered than the diachronous self-citation ratios. 2. The more often are the authors being cited, the lower ratios of diachronous self-citation are. 3. The authors' diachronous self-citation ratios of semiconductor literatures does not reflect the authors' "egotism". 4. The higher ratio of synchronous self-citation is, the higher rank will the authors get. 5. The two authors of self-citation ratios of high semiconductor productivity do not relate to each other; and the distribution of their ratios does not differ apparently either. |
