中文摘要 | 醫療保健業務列屬於行業標準分類之服務業,但因醫療是救人的工作,故有別於一般之服務行業,除了需有高科技的設備及精良的醫術外,護理人員所提供的人性化照護及關懷是強化醫療團隊服務品質的重要一環。本文以人性化照護之觀點論述以病人為中心的護理及護理關懷之特質,並提出人性化護理照護在臨床實務上之應用建議,期藉由專業態度及應對技巧之培養和適當的自我介紹及稱呼病人,設身處地為他人著想,並經由護理觀念上之調整改變,用正向態度來面對問題,以提升醫療消費大眾對護理服務品質上的肯定。 |
英文摘要 | Although medical health care service has been one of the standard professions, but since medical care is a life saving business different from ordinary service professions. Therefore, beside high technical equipment and intricate knowledge through training, nursing care needs both humanity and caring services of teamwork. This article will deal with humanity care from the viewpoint of patient-centered nursing and caring, and provide suggestion concerning humanity nursing in practical care. It requires the nursing staff to go through the professional attitude and social technical training, proper self introduction and patient addressing, from there with conceptual adjustment change to improve the medical consuming general public and recognition of the nursing service quality. |
