中文摘要 | 由於線切割放電加工機的線電極並非剛體,加工過程中受外力的影響,便會導致線電極的撓曲及振動,進而造成隅角加工精度降低,因此,本研究將針對尖銳隅角粗加工提出一新的軌跡補償策略以提高隅角精度。研究首先以田口式品質設計實驗計畫法來探討加工參數與隅角形狀誤差間的關係,從變異數分析的結果得知,線張力與沖水壓力是對於隅角精度影響最顯著因子,應用迴歸分析建立轉角加工路徑誤差量估測模式,利用此模式以預測不同加工條件下隅角加工路徑誤差量,依據預測加工路徑誤差量計算軌跡補償量,實驗結果證明本文所提出軌跡補償策略可有效提高60% 之隅角加工精度。 |
英文摘要 | Because of the use of low-rigidity wire electrodes, wire is prone to bend and vibrate by various forces acting on the wire during Wire-EDM. Wire vibration and deflection mainly cause contour inaccuracy during corner cutting. In order to improve the corner accuracy, a new path compensation strategy is introduced. Relation between geometrical contour error of inner corner and machining condition is investigated by the experimental plan of Taguchi quality design. Through the quantitative analysis, the geometrical contour error is mainly affected by wire tension and flushing pressure. By regression analysis, a mathematical model is established to estimate cutting path error of corner cutting. According to the estimated cutting path error, the program path is corrected. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed compensation strategy can improve the corner accuracy by 60%. |
