中文摘要 | 森林幼稚園目前在西歐及北歐以雨後春筍般速度成立著,它跳脫以一座固定建築物及戶外遊戲場做為幼兒活動空間的傳統觀念,幼兒活動的空間就是整座森林。在沒有圍牆的限制下,幼兒在森林裡的學習動機較強,而且他們活動的方式也與傳統幼稚園幼兒不同。在森林裡他們主動探索週遭事物,樂於發現問題,並使用他們的觀察力找尋解答。他們是學習的主體,而老師只是必要時的協助者。 本文之目的在於 1.介紹森林幼稚園教育模式, 2.說明森林幼稚園的優點及其遭受的質疑, 3.分析森林幼稚園的教育理念, 4.探討森林幼稚園可提供給臺灣幼兒教育作參考的理念。 |
英文摘要 | Forest Kindergartens are being established in a fast pace in northern and Western Europe. The idea of establishing these kindergartens springs out from the traditional thinking, which dictates that a kindergarten must have buildings and outdoor places as activity rooms for preschoolers. Forests are activity rooms for forest kindergarteners. Without the limitation of walls, Forest kindergarteners have higher motivation to learn. Furthermore, their activities are different than those of traditional kindergarten. Under the forest environments, preschoolers learn their world independently. They find out the problems with pleasure and use their observations to solve problems. Children in forest Kindergartens are self-learning and teachers offer help only when necessary. Aims of this paper are 1.to introduce the model of forest kindergartens, 2.to explain the advantages and disadvantages of forest kindergartens, 3.to analyze the concept of forest kindergartens, 4.to investigate the concept of forest kindergartens which can be introduced into the preschool education in Taiwan. |
