中文摘要 | 快速原型間係一層層堆疊而成,假設其中有一層建構不完全,即會影響後續之層加工,故確保每層的完整性便顯得相當重要,Sander's Model Maker快速原型機在檢測方面只依根據每層噴塗前後來作噴嘴測試,無法保證加工過程中有無缺陷產生。本研究的目的,係運用CCD(Charge Couple Device:電荷耦合元件)攝影機擷取每一層之影像,運用影像處理技術及噴塗的紋理特徵來判斷是否有無缺陷,找出缺陷座標並進行補正噴塗,如此可確保每層加工之正確性,節省原型件加工時間、材料消耗,進而達到快速原型機器層加工線上監控之目標。 |
英文摘要 | Conventional Rapid prototyping process will not inspect the result of every layer during RP part manufacturing. If there were any defeats of the layer, the finished part would not be accepted. A great deal of time and material are wasted. The computer vision based inspection technique is to examine each layer during the rapid prototyping building up process. It will extract the locations of the defeats and rebuild these areas. The main purpose of this research is to make accurate of the layer reduce the building time and save the material of the rapid Prototyping part by.
