| 中文摘要 | 老年人口的快速增加已帶給許多國家,在社會、經濟乃至於政治層面上相當大之衝擊;因此,如何有效的提供老年人,正確的保健知識、適切的運動方式,藉以達到保健預防之效,此乃現階段重要且迫切之課題。本文結合個人進行有關預防老人跌倒之研究經驗及相關文獻之探討,彙整供參考,希望能協助老年人在步入人生的最後旅程時,仍能獨立且有自尊的自在活動。 |
| 英文摘要 | The Increasing ratio of elderly population has a remarkable impact on many nations, socially, economically as well as politically. Therefore, the effective health care and health promotion for the elderly are obviously critical and urgent. This paper combines the experience of my previous researches on preventing the elderly from falling and the results from literature review. The aim of this paper is to provide more information exercise programs suitable for the elderly. We both do our best to support the elderly to participate any kind of activities with dignity and independence. |
