中文摘要 | 新世紀是一個競爭激烈的時代,亦是一個知識經濟的世紀;知識、智慧成為企業最重要的資產,在知識經濟時代,若能掌握新知、創造新知、活用新知,則將能主宰國際舞臺;因此知識經濟管理成為學界與企業競相探探的主題。企業組織競相把知識管理運用於實務管理中,以提昇企業的競爭力;教育是知識經濟的基礎,開發、培養人力資源端賴教育;但知識管理應用在學校組織裡仍有不足之處,在這知識經濟時代裡,擔負人才培養的學校組織之因應之道及如何做好知識管理,是值得吾人深思的課題。 本文旨在探討知識經濟時代對學校組織衝擊,如何應用在學校行政革新上;採用文獻分析法,首先分析知識經濟的發展、意涵及特性,其次探析知識管理的內涵、成功知識管理之分析與實踐,進而探究出學校組織面臨知識經濟時代的因應策略,期能有助於學校行政工作者,在這「新經濟時代」,能運用知識管理策略,以創新知識、創造更高的學校品質與效能。 歸納出學校組織因應知識經濟時代的策略如下: 一、 學校組織的再造。 二、 塑造信任與分享的學校文化。 三、 建立學習型組織-強化知識創新動能。 四、 善用資訊科技。 五、 推動知識管理。 六、 實施創新教學、鼓勵創新。 七、 提倡終生學習。 |
英文摘要 | It is a extremely competitive times in the new centuary, and also is a Knowledge Economy times. Knowledge and wisdom are becoming most important capitals. If someone could own new knowledge, apply new knowledge, create new knowledge, thus they will control the whole worlds. So the knowledge Economy management become a imperative issue in the school administrative organization. The purpose of the study was to explore the response strategy of school administrative organization in the Knowledge Economy Times. Literature analysis was used. First, analyze the development and the meaning of Knowledge Economy. Second, explore the successful knowledge management. Finally, the response strategy of knowledge Economy which was applied in the school administrative organization to be concluded below: 1. To reconstruct the school organization. 2. To construct the school culture which was trustful and shared. 3. To build a leaning organization-reinforce the knowledge innovation. 4. To utilize the Information Technology. 5. To introduce the knowledge management system. 6. To implement the creative teaching and to encourage innovation. |
